		<description>Interesting how time changes the way lead generation and customer service works from many perspectives.

It still comes down to providing the best customer interactions possible.  Customer service is more than fixing broken widgets, it&#039;s about all communications and in a timely manner.  Let&#039;s continue to care and we&#039;ll enjoy another 10 years.</description>
